Because trying to answer what Ayurveda is in a few words is like trying to capture an entire ocean in a drop, or capturing somebody’s life in a snap shot.

Ayurveda isn’t a just plant or a medicine. But the way you use these plants or medicines It could range from common kitchen ingredients like salt to precious substances like diamonds and metals.
